Mother Moon

'Mother Moon’ was originally devised as a play, first showing in front of an audience of 80 in 2023.

Further iterations were made as the story developed, and as my college Thesis 2024 approached I decided to hand bind, illustrate and write a finished manuscript of the story as an adult children’s book. With themes of love, loss and forgiveness, it describes my journey reconciling with the experience of being adopted as an infant.

I hope to refine and publish the book for public access so adoptees and adoptive parents have more representation in the telling of familial stories.
